Slow Dinner – Speaking TED-style with Jon Yeo

About the event

Inspired by TED talks? Wondering if you have one in you, and what it actually takes?

Being able to share your ‘why’ and tell your story is the most powerful way to engage your audience, build interest and effect change in the world. At this dinner, you’ll uncover how to connect deeply with your audience and make an impact for change while learning to be a more authentic, vulnerable and engaging speaker.

Join TEDxMelbourne curator Jon Yeo as he discusses how to develop speaking and presentation skills into powerful tools for your business and life.

This event is fully catered, including wine and beer.

Jon Yeo is one of the five extraordinary Faculty members running Slow School’s Talk on Purpose program alongside Yamini Naidu (business storyteller), Sandy McDonald (TEDx speaker), Rob Moorman (social videographer) and Carolyn Tate (founder of Slow School). Find out more about Talk on Purpose.

NB: Tickets to this dinner are non-refundable or transferable to other Slow School classes. You are however able to pass on your ticket to a colleague to attend in your absence.
